The hard thing about capturing a smile from the little one is that every time he notices the camera he gets veerrrry suspicious (he takes after his mother in that regard).
The other problem is that I am a rather incompetent photographer and always hit the button just a little too late.

We had the same problem with the camera, but now she smiles whenever she sees the flash. Unfortunately, it's too late by then.
