It struck me the other day while making my favorite red and green fajitas that it's a bit ironic when I make my filling in my trusty and much adored wok (we don't currently have access to a grill). Authentic? No. Tasty? Yup!
Maybe it cancels out the wok-iness of it all when I use extra jalapenos (which is always).
